Rental Policies

  • Full Responsibility: The renter is responsible for any damages or loss of rented gear. If the gear is broken or lost, the renter must pay the full replacement cost.

    Basic Set: Example: Kite - 3000 SAR, Board - 2000 SAR, Bar and Lines - 1000 SAR, Harness - 600 SAR.
    Intermediate Set: Example: Kite - 4000 SAR, Board - 2500 SAR, Bar and Lines - 1000 SAR, Harness - 800 SAR.
    Premium Set: Example: Kite - 5000 SAR, Board - 3000 SAR, Bar and Lines - 1000 SAR, Harness - 1000 SAR.

  • Proper Care: The customer is responsible for returning the gear/wearables properly, ensuring they are cleaned and washed

    from sand before return.

  • Gear must be inspected upon return. Any damage will result in charges according to the Damage Policy.

Late Fees : For every hour late, the fee is 100 SAR.

4. Identification Requirement :

A valid ID card or passport is required for all rentals. A passport or ID will not be ket, but is necessary for verification. If the passport is provided, no deposit is required.

5. High Insurance Fees (for Premium & Intermediate Gear):

  • Basic Set : 100 SAR insurance fee (covers minor damage).

  • Intermediate Set: 150 SAR insurance fee.

  • Premium Set: 200 SAR insurance fee.

Repair Policy

Guaranteed Workmanship: We stand behind the quality of our work. If any issues arise related to the repair,

we’ll fix it at no extra cost.

Turnaround Time : Most repairs are completed

 within 3–5 business days, depending on the severity of the damage.
